DCS Gas Grills 30 Inch Propane Gas Grill Built In BGB30-BQAR
Totally Wonderful Grill
J. Kinney "jk" - Wisconsin
"I have had this grill now for 9 months and have loved every moment of it. It is very sturdy - heavy
stainless steel. The lid is very substantial. Plenty of grilling room. It has two burners so that you can use
only 1/2 of the grill if you are only cooking for 4 and all the grill if you are cooking for 20!
Easy to clean the drip pan. I slide it out and just hose it off. I did not get the cart - we have it built into
our screen porch. I also have not used the rotisserie yet so I cannot comment on it. The built in light is nice
when it get dark in the winter. I would recommend this grill to everyone."

The Only Way to Grill
Carl Quinn - San Jose, CA
"I installed my DCS grill a couple of weeks ago, which I bought to replace an older built-in Turbo
36". The DCS unit is much more solid and beefy and required a larger opening to be cut out. The stainless steel
sheet metal is much thicker than the previous grill, and in many places is also double-walled. All of the edges
are nicely folded over and smooth, and the hinges have bearings. Impressively built overall.
No problems with hookup--it comes with a presure regulator and an assortment of fittings. Only
minor tweaking was needed to get the airflow right for the burners.
The burners are very easy to light--the electic ignitor sparks on all burners, so you can light
them in any order. And they cross-light once one is going. The amount of heat produced is quite impressive. I
used to have my old grill on high much of the time to get up to temperature, but with this unit, half power is
enough for most cooking.
The rotisserie is also very nice. Really solid, and includes a light to illuminate the grill
surface. The infrared burner produces enough heat on its own to roast most anything on the rotisserie."

Amazing Grill
Trina L. Bollin - Iowa
"I know that this grill is on the expensive side, but it is worth every penny. Considering that
the cheap grills that you would find at most major retailers last only three to four years before they rust
out. This grill weighs about 3000lbs (joking of course) and has a rotisserie and infrared burner, AMAZING! It
is all stainless steel, including the burners, so they will NOT rust out. This is the last grill you will have
to buy! I got mine in August of 2006 as a birthday present from my father, and I love every minute of it! It
has wheels and is fairly easy to move around. I store mine in the garage when not in use, not because it can't
handle the weather, more or less so nobody walks off with it."

The DCS Story
DCS was founded in 1989 by some of the leading appliance engineers and designers in the country.
They were the first to pioneer the high-end, commercial-quality, drop-in cooktop.
Next they focused their talents on creating a commercial-quality, outdoor gas barbecue. DCS quickly emerged as
the leading provider of professional outdoor grills.
Leveraging their considerable expertise in high end cooking equipment, DCS entered the commercial cooking market
with high-performance, heavy-duty ranges, convection ovens, broilers, griddles, and countertops for the foodservice
industry.
They then added gas-fired, outdoor patio heaters to complement the barbecue products. Not long after that, they
expanded into a full line of commercial quality ranges. Developing the next generation of ultra high-end,
professional-style cooking equipment for the home.
In October 2004, Fisher & Paykel Appliances acquired DCS.
